Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At The Praniva, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges
1.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases made through The Praniva are considered final and are generally not eligible for return or exchange once delivered. However, exceptions may be made if you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product.

1.2 Reporting an Issue

If you believe the product received is damaged, defective, expired, or different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing thepraniva@gmail.com. Requests received after this period may not be considered.

1.3 Information Required

To help us evaluate your request, please provide:

Your order number or purchase invoice.
Clear photographs of the product received.
Images showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy.
A brief description of the issue.
1.4 Returning the Product

If your request is approved for review, you may be required to ship the product to the return address provided by The Praniva. Return shipments must be arranged by the customer unless otherwise communicated by us.

1.5 Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange request may be approved if:

The item received has passed its expiry date.
The packaging is leaking, broken, or compromised.
You received a product different from the one ordered.
Essential components, accessories, or contents are missing.
The product has a manufacturing defect verified by our team.
1.6 Situations Where Returns or Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted

Requests may be declined under the following circumstances:

The product has been opened, consumed, or used.
Damage has occurred due to improper handling, storage, or misuse by the customer.
The item was provided as a complimentary or promotional product.
Original packaging, labels, seals, or tags are missing.
Product identification details such as barcodes, batch information, or serial numbers have been altered or removed.
1.7 Inspection & Approval Process

All returned products are subject to quality inspection by The Praniva before any exchange or refund is approved.

Please note:

Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition.
Returns showing signs of negligence, tampering, or improper usage may be rejected.
Approved return or exchange requests are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, an eligible refund may be offered instead.

2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Review of Returned Products

Once the returned item reaches our facility, it will undergo a verification and quality assessment process. You will be informed via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

2.2 Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for products that fail to meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

2.3 Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

The refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds may take approximately 4 to 15 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account details provided by the customer.
2.4 Shipping Charges

Delivery, shipping, handling, and other service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by The Praniva.

2.5 Proof of Return

In cases where a customer claims to have returned a product but it is not received by us, proof of shipment and delivery may be required. Refunds can only be processed after the returned item has been received and successfully verified.

2.6 Discounted & Promotional Products

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, clearance events, or at discounted prices are generally not eligible for refunds unless required under applicable law.
